July 29, 2025Overpriced for what it is. Barely any visitor parking available. And if you love summer and rent here for the amenities and wait all year long to use the amenities don’t count on it. They select who can use the pool based off what you are wearing. Will say clothes inappropriate yet other girls wearing worse. I don’t recommend you waste your money here.Property Manager Responded

The Emery
January 20, 2024Moved to The Emery almost a year ago and it has been great. Maria was there to help me through every step with my move in process which made it less stressful for me. She's responsive, extremely down to earth and friendly. She made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move-in. Any time I need anything, all the staff are ready to help. Emery Experience
January 17, 2024My girlfriend & I were interested in the Emery so we decided to book a tour. We were met by building management staff who were friendly, informative & welcoming. During our apartment tour we had the pleasure of meeting Maria, staff, who was able to answer all of our questions & make us feel at home. Loved it and Renewing!
October 26, 2021I have lived here for just under a year and very quickly fell in love. I really enjoy the "community" feel of the entire complex as a whole. There is a convenience store near the entrance that I use ALL the time. The location is prime, being less than 15 minutes from downtown. The amenities are beautiful and basically brand-new. The staff has been very easy to work with. I love my one-bedroom apartment! The appliances are of very good quality. I am also a sucker for all the "soft shut" doors on ...the cabinets and drawers.
