July 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comOverpriced for what it is. Barely any visitor parking available. And if you love summer and rent here for the amenities and wait all year long to use the amenities don’t count on it. They select who can use the pool based off what you are wearing. Will say clothes inappropriate yet other girls wearing worse. I don’t recommend you waste your money here.Property Manager Responded

October 26, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for just under a year and very quickly fell in love. I really enjoy the "community" feel of the entire complex as a whole. There is a convenience store near the entrance that I use ALL the time. The location is prime, being less than 15 minutes from downtown. The amenities are beautiful and basically brand-new. The staff has been very easy to work with. I love my one-bedroom apartment! The appliances are of very good quality. I am also a sucker for all the "soft shut" doors on ...the cabinets and drawers. I love living here so much I am in the process of renewing for another 1+ year(s).Read More
