Office Staff doesn’t like phones

Seems like office staff ignore phone calls. I will call over and over for days trying to get something before I give up and have to go to the office. Even when I talk to them in the office it seems like they have more important things to do. Also, they enter the apartment A LOT. So far it’s been about once a month, which is too much.

Jessica, Randi, Sawyer and now J are always welcoming and helpful. I have not lived in an apt for over 30 years and I do not have regrets renting at Enclave. The office staff are available to help a resident in person, on the phone, or via email. It makes it easy to find the answer to a question even while working full-time.
I had work performed in the apartment and it was done fabulously. Cemented my decision that this is the right place to live.
I plan on living here for quite some time. ...
So, the capable personnel and cleanliness of the property are important to me. I have not been disappointment.
Rent is high everywhere and I feel like I pay a fair price for the apartment and detached garage. Plus, the carport is great.
The residents I have spoken to have been friendly and I enjoy the diversity of age groups. And people seem to be respectful about cleaning up after their pets. I have not found one area that was dirty.

For my first apartment this has been a pretty good experience. Although rates I feel were raised a little to much. But that's the economy we are in. Now about the apartment. Pretty decent size for a one bedroom. Located right off the 215. Perfect for someone working in the surrounding areas of Temecula, Murrieta, and Hemet. Location is Quite and there are grocery stores close by, which with a baby is a total life saver.

My apartment, Well I should say my mothers apartment is nice enough to accommodate me, my brother, my moms mother and herself. Although it's only a 3 bedroom apartment I don't mind sharing rooms. The apartment complex is beautiful to me. I like the entire layout of it and how well managed it is. The design of the apartments are nice I feel nothing to complain about. It sits right next a shopping center for easy access.

Nice apartment gated community complex. They are two minutes away from freeway and supermarket, and five minutes from shopping center. The surrenders are clean and without clutter, with night guard. The maintenance staff is friendly and always willing to help when something is wrong in your apartment. If they can fix the problem the same day, they will, or it will be next day. The apartments have alarm system and can be install as your request, free of charge. Nice place to live.

People at the front office are great me and my husband are 21 just starting out and Ebony and her crew worked really hard to get us in apartment. They got us in the next mouth the one bed rooms are big for 2 people have washer and dryers a big don't take up your space. The apartments are not old well taken care of down stairs have big patios perfect for full size grill and table with 4 chairs. The pool is big the only thing I don't like is they only let you bring 2 gests in with u during the ...
