Does not make timely repairs. Reported water leak from upstairs on 6/12/25 that flooded our bedroom and patio. As of 6/17 they have pulled up the carpet and replaced with flooring but the flooded drywall is still up in the bedroom, and they have not replaced it in the utility closet on the patio. So our bed is in the living room and our washer and dryer are wrapped in plastic on the patio. My GF works from home so they have had plenty of time to communicate and complete the work, even considering ...
they didn't think it was important enuff to warrant working on the weekend.

I have lived here since 2012 and all in all I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly, the apartments are well maintained (consistent manicured landscaping) there are no bug problems, and if something needs to be fixed in your apartment, they are PROMPT fixing the problem..The fixtures are not 2019 modern but they are very modern enough. There 2 (consistently maintained) pools. There are washer and dryer hookups or very clean laundry rooms. The complex is also quiet. Real classy ...

Best apartment I've lived in yet. Great amenities, garden tubs, microwaves, ice makers, maintenance is on point! Car wash area that is completely free. The center of the complex has a track that is exactly one mile one time around. Workout room, 2 pools and a park for the kiddos. Volleyball net, garages and covered parking for an additional fee. Couldn't be happier!!!

I've been at Enclave for a year now, the location is perfect and worth the money! Quiet complex and friendly neighbors! Staff is wonderful and prompt. The only complaint I would have is that the apartments themselves are outdated, not modern if that's what you're looking for. But still very cozy.

My daughters and I have lived at the Enclave at Quail Crossing apartments for five years. We lost our home and I lost my husband. The leasing agent embraced me literally and helped me find the perfect place for me and my girls. At one point, I thought about trying to rent a house. But, to my surprise my girls said they wanted to stay. When I had a financial problem, they worked with me. This complex is clean, safe, and well managed. You know your neighbors. And, there is plenty to do from ...
swimming to volleyball to afterschool activities for your kids. This is a real community with top notch management. Our losses turned out to blessings.

When I first moved in, I really liked the apartments. That didn't last long though. This whole year we've had consistent bug infestation issues. The office staff is rude and not very helpful. Maintenance is always late or doesn't show up at all. And during the summer they locked the AC, it's so hot in my apartment I can't sleep. Some days its the same temperature outside as it is inside, these apartments are way too expensive to be uncomfortable and unsatisfied. I am anxiously awaiting my lease ...
