Awful
December 7, 2023Wifi is slow. Management never responds. Maintenance is slow and things typically don't get fixed. Currently, the garage gate has been broken for 2 months. I am overpaying for this awfully constructed building. There was a mold problem. Instead of fixing it, they removed the sign that had mold behind it, and then they put it back on top of the mold. I could go on and on as to why you shouldn't live here.Review from Apartments.com

October 8, 2022I'm definitely leaving a honest review for my experience. My appointment was at 1pm and nobody was there to meet me or call me. I tried calling the office a few times only to get a text at 1:09pm saying unit 212 was open and I could go in. I then proceeded to call the number I was texting and finally got through and said, "how was somebody supposed to let me in if you knew I had an appointment at 1pm?" No response... I then asked is there more than just 1 parking space available for a 2bdrm unit ...and she told me she didn't think so?! What kind of answer is that!? Absolutely zero communication, no way to get ahold of anyone and usually goes to voicemail. I had to ask a maintenence guy to let me in and the unit still had paint and materials left in the unit.. I left work for this. It's common courtesy to show up to your appointments with potential tenants and if you can't make it, communicate that.
