From the moment you arrive, you notice how well-maintained and spotless everything is—cleanliness here is clearly a top priority. The grounds and common areas are always pristine, which makes the whole environment feel welcoming and peaceful. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet it is; it’s the perfect balance of comfort and calm, making it easy to truly feel at home. The amenities are another huge plus. Whether it’s ...enjoying the pool, fitness facilities, or other community perks, everything is designed to enhance the living experience. On top of that, the management team goes above and beyond. The leasing staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or maintenance request, and any issues have been resolved quickly. The community feels safe, the grounds are clean, and there’s plenty of parking available. June 1, 2025I enjoy the Essex house. The maintenance is quick and friendly, staff is helpful, and the pool and grounds are beautiful. Parking is plentiful. Central market access from pedestrian gate. January 4, 2025Great location. Great parking. Quiet neighbors. However, the blinds do not prevent lots of light at night. Need to work on this. The gym is nice to have. August 5, 2024In a great neighborhood for a decent price. It’s not too expensive in comparison to other complexes in the same area. Roaches are a big problem. June 18, 2024Great place to live in the heart of River Oaks in Houston! I enjoy the beautiful grounds, pools, Click Cafe, dog parks, and Amazon Lockers. The office staff is responsive and maintenance is as well. I had a bug issue which was resolved after spraying around our area. The grounds are very well kept and lush. I love the high ceilings in my apartment with my fireplace. The price is unbeatable. We love engaging with the office staff and the parties/gatherings they have each month.
