Generally a good place to live in a great location. The apartments are nice and well maintained with good layouts. There’s a secure parking spot. Facilities are clean and well maintained. I wish some of the facilities, like the gym, were bigger so there would be more availability in peak hours. Some of the security features could be upgraded as well.

The maintenance staff is very helpful, quickly responding to maintenance requests. The maintenance team is very responsive! And super friendly! The location of the complex is perfect and the landscaping is well maintained. The new management team are really trying to make this a community instead of just your typical apartment complex.

The apartment is very nice! Love the beautiful well maintained grounds with flowers and lush grass. The apartment is tidy and well kept. The leasing staff puts on events for the residents and has food trucks that come periodically which is amazing! The pools are clean and very nice during the summer. Dog runs are well maintained. Love the closeness to Central Market. Recommend!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The leasing staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or maintenance request, and any issues have been resolved quickly. I enjoy the Essex house. The maintenance is quick and friendly, staff is helpful, and the pool and grounds are beautiful. Parking is plentiful. Central market access from pedestrian gate. My only suggestion would be to update gym and the coffee shop. Otherwise I recommend to all!

Everything was wonderful especially the office staff and maintenance. I'm Happy! I love being able to walk to many of the stores in the area.

Great location. Great parking. Quiet neighbors. However, the blinds do not prevent lots of light at night. Need to work on this. The gym is nice to have. So far I've msinly used it for yoga. The whole move process was not kind to my back! The staff are friendly. And, helpful.

Great amenities, kept grounds, helpful staff. Berry affordable in the River Oaks area. I recommend to everyone that asks for a place in this area.
