Great place, horrible management
September 15, 2023We liked our time living here but it’s been horrific to move out. Management was slow to communicate, required us to pay a month longer than our lease, and then dumped hundreds of dollars of illogical fees on us a month after moving out (ridiculously high electric charges, cleaning charges-even though we left the place spotless).Property Manager Responded

Great Location, Safe, Clean, Well Managed Community!
May 25, 2022Location, Location, Location! The Estates at Brentwood in Brentwood, TN is a short commute to Nashville, Franklin, and Green Hills. This is a Safe, Quiet, Well Managed Community with Clean, Spacious Apartments. It is important to me to live in a safe community and Brentwood, TN is ranked #1 for "safety" and "quality of life" in middle Tennessee. Lucky to have incredibly professional and helpful Community Manager and Maintenance Manager. As I sign my 4th Lease, I feel very comfortable recommending ...the "Estates at Brentwood" to others. Beware
December 1, 2021We didn’t have a gated community for 1 month yet we still paid full price for rent. Maintenance does not call or give you a heads up at all before entering your apartment, maintenance work is shotty at best. 300$ pet fee (non refundable) and 20$/month pet rent is not a security deposit does not cover any damages in the apartment. (You’re better off not telling them you have a pet). Bottom line is they’re totally money hungry. Have lived in way better places for way less. Would never ...recommend to anyone. Love it
February 1, 2019We love living here! Complex is quiet, clean and family friendly. The staff is very friendly and has been attentive to our needs anytime something has come up. Ammenities are plenty, nice gym, pool, bbq area and car wash station. It’s close by everything we need and the perfect distance from downtown Nashville. My only complaint is parking. Parking is very limited and fills up fast. Some nights people double park or park in areas they’re not supposed to including in front of others’ garages.Review from Apartments.com
Always Improving
October 3, 2015There first several months of our time at the Estates were a struggle against the poor management. We've now gotten settled in under new management and things have consistently been improving. They've genuinely wanted to know how to make their residents happy and they've been following through with their promises. My family rents a 3 bedroom and rent is steep but it's the best you'll find for that good of a location. Safe, quiet, friendly
August 18, 2015I've lived here for 2 years, and have no complaints. The location is incredibly convenient to shopping, restaurants and is only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Good Location, Price is So-So
August 13, 2015I love the location of the Estates of Brentwood. Within just a half mile you have a Kroger & a Fresh Market. You also have a wide variety of restaurants, not to mention the shopping is great too. Super close to the interstate but not too close. The community that lives here is friendly & welcoming. Nashville is a booming city & that's what drives the cost of living here. Compared to the inner loop of Nashville the price is great but I feel like it could be a $100 or so dollars cheaper. The ...maintenance staff is always quick to respond & they are friendly as well.
