Onsite staff noticed an issue during move in that I didn’t. Maintenance had it fixed before I even brought the last box inside. I was impressed with the efficiency and receiving a follow up call a few days after move in just to ask how things were going. Clearly the office staff had some notes because the call was very personalized. Both Aren and Madison were exceptional!

Do not sign a lease with The Estates at Cougar Mountain. They initially messed up my application and tried to make it 12 months when my application was for more than that. When I pointed that out to them they tried to blame me but quickly changed their tune when I showed them evidence of my application. They botched the payment plan switch to bilt rewards and there was a month where my automatic payment using the old system stopped working before the bilt system was implemented. They botched the ...
mail room upgrade and lied to tenants that the problem was solved when it wasn’t. It took months to resolve the issue. They tried to force tenants to pay additional fees for the package room which was not in our leases and they most recently doxxed two other units to me by sending their lease renewals to my home. Just to be fair, one kitchen cabinet door was mounted askew from the day that we moved in. it was more than a visual issue as the door closed in front of the adjacent cabinet.
