Better than Expected
January 22, 2025Been here almost a year. Older buildings but well maintained and and at least my building is quite solid. Very few squeaky floors. Apartments have a lot of room. Office staff is corporate but pretty good. maintenance is good. Objectively, this has been a good year in this place nothing major fault. close to both major highways. Resident caring and community environment
March 23, 2019If you're looking for a place that's caring about their tenants and the children in the complex this is the place for you. This complex gives parties to unite the tenants and show a true community environment. They do things frequently for the kids and it's all free. They care about what's going on with you and they're extremely friendly. I've never come in contact with a complex such as this one. It's been such a joy living here.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2019Donnie is a liar and do not trust him with a speck of sugar. Beware of this apartment complex. Just cuz they have a nasty lake/pond does not make it nice. its expensive and apartments are run down.Property Manager Responded
