huge huge water bug problem ! they are everywhere and disgusting ! leasing team is very friendly but will make a bunch of false promises to you and never actually get anything done. my closet has been broke for about 5 months now and i was promised a new one so long ago and still am only able to use one half of my closet! also one of my very expensive pictures of the wall was damaged by someone from their team and when i asked for reimbursement it was declined. they did offer to fix the glass on ...
the picture but only after i had to follow up about 3 times so im still not sure how long that will take. also my balcony was ruined by someone pressure washers they hired and i requested to get it clean/fixed back up atleast twice after that happened which they told me would be no problem but apparently it was because it never got done i ended up having to rent a pressure washer and clean it up myself. the units may look renovated but they are put together very poorly and look extremely cheap! ie:cabinets are barely attached, paint job is terrible, outlets don’t hold anything/barely works. good location and quiet but im afraid to leave my house after the sun goes down because of the bugs ! pest control will come spray maybe every 3 months even tho we pay for it every month but im not sure how well the bug spray they use works ! also the pool was closed the whole first month of summer
