    We love living here at The Everly and have signed our third lease! The apartment is lovely, the staff is excellent, and the amenities are fabulous. Our grandchildren think we live in a hotel! LOL It is wonderful to not worry about maintenance, upkeep, and yard work. The maintenance staff is beyond wonderful and are always quick to help and assist us. We hope to stay near indefinitely and look forward to many more years.

    Love it here; it's a really nice, quality apartment with nice amenities and a perfect spot for new renters. I love the pool and on-site storage for bicycles and pet grooming station. My favorite attraction, though, would have to be the free Starbucks in the front office.

    We love living here and hope to spend many more years in this community. We appreciate the staff and maintenance crew. They are so helpful and friendly. Anytime we have a problem in the apartment, the maintenance staff is on it! It is wonderful to never have to replace a fire alarm battery! We love the amenities, especially the morning coffee. We are retired “old” folks and my husband gets coffee for me every morning. The pool is lovely and we have utilized the exercise room. You can’t beat our ...
    location and we enjoy the Midland Greenway and Wilshire Trails. The square and library also nice and convenient. We recommend The Everly to all of our friends.
