This classy apartment community is nestled in a vibrant area of Studio City. An unassuming presence among apartment complexes, homes and condominiums, the building provides a touch of simplicity and practicality often lost in the shuffle. Common areas are well maintained and include laundry facilities, a hot tub and grill and patio for gatherings. A Community Manager is available onsite for an open line of communication. heating and air conditioning units are useful for the unpredictable Valley weather. It is centrally located for all modes of transportation. Close to the 101, and several efficient bus routes, including the DASH Studio City/Van Nuys, and the Rapid. The Los Angeles River Greenway is nearby, an attractive trail to run or to take a stroll. A short walk from the neighborhood library branch, the Studio City Recreation Center, restaurants and grocery stores.
