Pest Issue

I had very high hopes when I moved into this apartment community. The location is excellent, and everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by ongoing maintenance and follow-up issues.
I have lived here for about a month, and I have been dealing with a pest problem since shortly after moving in. Initially, I would see an occasional bug, but it has progressively become worse. I am now finding and killing bugs on a daily ...
basis throughout my apartment.
I reported the issue and requested that my unit be treated several weeks ago. Despite multiple follow-ups, the treatment has still not been completed. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of timely communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing.
I do not believe the staff are unfriendly or uncaring, as they have always been pleasant to speak with. However, professionalism is measured not only by courteous interactions but also by timely action and accountability. Unfortunately, the follow-through on this issue, along with a few other maintenance concerns, has not reflected the level of service I expected when choosing to live here.
If the pest issue is resolved and maintenance requests begin to receive more prompt attention, I would gladly update this review to reflect that improvement.
