I am in my 23rd year at the Fairway Club. They have always been good at responding to maintenance requests quickly. They are right off the freeway so travel is convenient out of state and to local cities. They are comparable to other rent in the area. Greenville is nice city with plenty of quality restaurants, sports and theater nearby. I've only stayed here for 5 months but have liked it so far. I haven't had any real issues to speak of and the rent is reasonable for the area (I looked at 7 places before making my decision). I plan on staying here for a long time. A great place!

Do Not Rent Here- Not my recommendation

If you drive by this place and/or the sister property next to it named "Overlook", take a look at how many expired license plates are parked on the property. This should give you an honest idea as to what is going on here. If that doesn't suffice, walk into any office at any given time and see how you are treated, and if it is genuine. This place has caused me so many problems....I wont even drive on this property again as I don't want to mess up my tires.

Disappointing lack of property management and managerial skills

I have living at the property for almost a year and it has been absolutely awful. Maintaince is untimely and the management severely lack people skills. I notified them that one of there machines was not working properly and taking people's money and the office clerk simply said okay and that I must call the company and make a report along with the serial number and location of said appliance. And when I questioned her saying that they should be the ones who should call the company and resolve ...
the issue since the appliance is in there care let alone a service which they choose to provide and is on there property she simply said thats not our machine nor our problem and the company will have to refund me but I have seen them for a fact empty the machine to collect the money. When my lease is up I can assure you Fairway apartments will no longer have me a tentant.
