Nice place to live except for the property management company

We enjoyed living at the Falls. Reliable maintenance, beautiful grounds, spacious floor plan. Nice onsite management too. But the companies that manage rent (three in a year!) kept mischarging, and after we moved out in May, still have not released our deposit. Have called and visited several times but the 7-10 day promised refund has stretched to 7 weeks!

The Falls at Canyon Rim is a beautiful property with many green areas to enjoy and pretty trees. It’s located in a quiet location in South Ogden, surrounded by scenic views of the mountains. There is easy access to the Nature Park next door. The units are modernized, spacious, and offer very nice floor plans. The washer and dryer in the units are very convenient. The staff at the Falls are kind, helpful, and professional.

Moving from another state and having to do everything online, we were of course nervous about what the property would actually be like. We were beyond pleased! Our experience moving into The Falls at Canyon Rim was so smooth and easy. We literally just stopped into the office one day and spoke with Jade, who gave us a tour immediately. It's hard to beat the location. Access to trails, major freeways, household necessities like groceries, and ease of having 2 dogs makes this the perfect apartment complex. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Ogden.

The Falls at Canyon Rim has excellent office staff, management, and maintenance. This is our second time choosing this complex as our home. We moved away for the job, and returned here when we came back. There is a dog run, two playgrounds, a tennis court, fitness room, and clubhouse. They are always clean and ready to go. The Leash law is enforced, which is a comfort when coming across dogs we don't know. It is a good place to live.
