September 2, 2025You get what you pay for. The office could not manage a dumpster fire. The grounds once you pass the gate are horrible. Noise complaints are ignored. Filthy hallways and junk fees! Aggressive dogs and no enforcement of picking up waste. No cameras. Gates broken more than they work. But the office mismanagement is the biggest complaint.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing place to live!
December 29, 2023My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and the staff is phenomenal! They’re always so friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are satisfied. Jack assisted with a maintenance request and resolved the issue within just a few hours of submitting a request. We love living here! A little mold twice is ok

September 14, 2022The community is ok. The prices this year have just gotten a bit expensive for no reason. For the same price I could get a much nicer apartment with nicer higher end appliances closer to work. If an increase comes again next year, I will be forced to move. It seems like the gate breaks down so often. Also, we have had constant issues with our parcel lockers this past year. Despite this, the community managers are real nice.
