I’m really enjoying my new area so far. It’s a huge upgrade from my last place and so much more peaceful. I met one of the neighbors while walking back to my place, and he introduced himself and mentioned that it’s a really good community. That definitely made me feel even more comfortable and welcomed. It’s nice already feeling a sense of peace and community in this new environment.

The noise level is high and there are a lot of smokers on the premises. Access to community ammenities are limited. The location and the amenities aren't worth the price.

So far so good I am enjoying living here! It’s quite very clean and staff is very nice quick to help if I need it. Only issue I have is another resident is smoking weed so when I open my windows at night it comes in but that’s not the apartments fault

It’s okay. I haven’t been here long but it seems fine so far. The amenities could use some work. I wish they would have checked everything before morning in. A dog park would also be nice to have especially if this is a dog friendly apartment.

The leasing staff seem to care more about posting on social media than they do about residents' safety and security concerns. I've raised concerns on multiple occassions and have been met with silence all while seeing them post on social media about hot chocolate and a holiday party. It's alarming and very concerning. Do no move here.
