December 29, 2025The leasing staff seem to care more about posting on social media than they do about residents' safety and security concerns. I've raised concerns on multiple occassions and have been met with silence all while seeing them post on social media about hot chocolate and a holiday party. It's alarming and very concerning. November 22, 2025My move in experience was exceptionally good! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and the building well kept warm and inviting! September 19, 2025I've only been here for 2 months, but I've absolutely loved living here. It's only a 10-minute drive to downtown Raleigh, but I get the peace that I was looking for, the best of both worlds. The staff made the process of moving in and signing my lease so easy. My apartment is amazing, with wood floors and a huge island. Between that and the amenities such as the pool, package room, trash concierge, and the gym, I'm loving it!
