The mangers got me in an apartment that looked brand new really quickly, as I needed a place to stay ASAP. The whole place is clean and well kept. My apartment is in pristine condition. Great customer service and maintenance.

Needed a nice new apartment to move into after I got out of college and started a new job. The property managers were great and made the move in process super straight forward and easy for me. I really like the layout of my 2 bedroom; the kitchen is awesome, everything's brand new!

Wish I could upload pictures here. I apologize, but this is a long read. A new management, at the time of writing this, replaced the old one. I wasn't aware until I called and asked why the resident portal app wasn't working. The new management jacked up the online payment price from ~$6 to $22.87. In my apartment I think there's mice or rats in the walls, at night I hear skittering. So far they haven't broken through anything. When I moved in in October, my bathroom sink was chipped and I ...

don't have a letter for my apartment building. Maintenance guy said he'd fix it. It's March and neither has been fixed. I'd also put in a request for my bathtub cold water handle to be fixed, when the previous management was here, it was filed as complete but wasn't. Had pictures and everything. Laundry site is a joke. It seems every week it's broken or something. And people leave their clothes in there for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Communication is poor. Precision is poor. Every time you call. They said their going to call back and never do. Even when you have all the required documents. I would not recommend the process. All they do is sit in the office and don’t know what’s going on at all. Unprofessionalism.
