March 18, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWish I could upload pictures here. I apologize, but this is a long read. A new management, at the time of writing this, replaced the old one. I wasn't aware until I called and asked why the resident portal app wasn't working. The new management jacked up the online payment price from ~$6 to $22.87. In my apartment I think there's mice or rats in the walls, at night I hear skittering. So far they haven't broken through anything. When I moved in in October, my bathroom sink was chipped and I ...don't have a letter for my apartment building. Maintenance guy said he'd fix it. It's March and neither has been fixed. I'd also put in a request for my bathtub cold water handle to be fixed, when the previous management was here, it was filed as complete but wasn't. Had pictures and everything. Laundry site is a joke. It seems every week it's broken or something. And people leave their clothes in there for an uncomfortable amount of time.Read More

I would not recommend the process. All they do is sit in the office and don’t know what’s going on at all. Unprofessionalism.
