October 31, 2022Recently changed management companies. They are making really great changes in the community (exterior painting, interior upgrades, food trucks, and community events for residents). Both management staff was attentive, pleasant, helpful, and very communicative. Grounds are well kept, work orders are handled quickly, parking is plentiful, and towing is enforced. It is a safe area and good location to many walkable places. Pending on where you are located, your views will be blocked by new ...townhomes being built and your patio may be facing their home. The construction happening can be annoying as well. But overall, not a bad place to live!Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2022Living here for almost a year and for the entirety of August I haven’t had air conditioning. Reached out multiple times and nothing. “Luxury apartment” but you get summer in Texas with no AC.Property Manager Responded

February 7, 2022The team at the leasing office responds very quickly to my requests online for maintenance. They have been always friendly and patient since I moved in here a few years ago. They also have awesome features such as hot spa, pool, gym and coffee bar. The french vanilla drink is so delicious and Ive already recommended this flavor to my neighbors. And I can even walk or drive to numerous convenient places nearby. Overall, the experience has been excellent and it also fits all my needs for mental ...wellness and living experience. It is ideally located for anyone who enjoys nearby parks & running/cycling paths, walkability to surrounding areas, and large patios/balconies for many of the units. We have lived at Siena (by choice!) for over 6 years as young professionals and have not seen another apartment complex strike the balance of location, amenities, quality, and price (and it has always stayed well above flood waters!). To top it off, the maintenance staff has ...always been phenomenal in their speed, proficiency, and kindness with making repairs. October 22, 2021Siena at Memorial Heights is a great place to live. If you have pets that you like to take to the park, Siena is less than a 5 minute walk away from the Buffalo Bayou dog park. Driving to both downtown and galeria is roughly 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. September 8, 2021I enjoyed my stay at this property for about 3 years. Great location! The view of downtown was diminished with new townhomes nextdoor, but a short walk to the bayou is still good and offers a nice view of downtown. The gym is a well-equipped- I haven't paid for a gym membership during my stay here. Maintenance staff are efficient and friendly. The in unit full-size washer/dryer was a must. The covered parking is helpful protection from the Houston sun. The outdoor TVs and gas grills were not ...continuously working/available for extended periods of time, which is probably one of my biggest concerns. I didn't have a pet, but there were many dog owners on the property. I didn't have a bicycle, but there is bicycle storage available in the garage. Well, that's my two cents! June 24, 2021I initially came in on a Saturday and had to come back the next day because tours were all booked. That was an immediate good sign to me, that there were so many folks looking to rent there. I toured Sunday and moved in the following Friday. I love the apartment and the property is very well maintained. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Maintenance is very responsive.
