    I am enjoying settling in to the building. Marcella and Jonathan have been both professional and friendly during the application and move-in process and now with the regular building events.     The Flamingo Apartment sits right off the lake giving you a view of the sun-rise and a few feet away from the beach and fire pits. The Flamingo is around the corner from The Museum of Science and Industry. Public transportation is 1-3 blocks away .There's also a mini gym ,washer and dryer and secure postal boxes to insure that you always get your package.
