    The place is good, however, for the price we pay we should not be having this many problems. Parking is not assigned so good luck finding Parking at night or especially in the summer when everyone from all over comes to party down stairs and they're allowed to park in our parking lot. Also, the parties go on from 10am/11am/12pm until 4-5 in the morning and we can't sleep because of the noise. We also recently started having roaches because of a drain issue and the trash chute being backed up and ...
    we've had multiple maintenance calls and we still cannot get rid of them. This place would be a lot more enjoyable with assigned parking (residents are more than willing to pay for it), and if the roach problem was under control.

    The Flamingo is a beautiful building with an unbeatable location near the lake, shops, museum and public transportation. The apartments are small but they have gorgeous details, crown molding especially, that make them stand out. the managers seem to care, are professional and it shows in how the building is run. It's not perfect but perfect is an illusion. The sense of pride and community are impressive!

    I am enjoying settling in to the building. Marcella and Jonathan have been both professional and friendly during the application and move-in process and now with the regular building events.
