This is a great place to live! I have been at this community for 2 years and have never had a major issue! If I do, Cedrick is always on top of everything and always innerstanding!! Maintenance comes same or next day and is very efficient!

The flat is great! It’s the first place I looked into when searching for my first cozy home in LA. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and have everything I’ve needed including the amenities. I feel super comfortable in the Flat community. The staff is always looking to accommodate your needs and requests. Cedrick is amazing! He’s always available and willing to help. Love working with him. I’m always recommending anyone when looking for a new home.
