Never EVER sign with the Flats. Just based off the fact it is SO MUCH MONEY. I have never experienced such horrible management and staff behavior. Very rude and unprofessional on all parts. No response to any submitted work for a maintenance order for repairs unless you repeatedly called and basically annoyed them into doing so. It is clear they have no idea what they are doing and prove so by not being able to answer any questions when directly confronted. They are all about the money and ...
nothing else, any other concerns or anything in the way of harming their direct line of income, they will push you to the side like a piece of trash. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Please save so much money and go somewhere else.

Terrible just terrible! Never sign with the flats the manager was terrible as well as most of the staff. The janitors were friendly but some workers lied to your face and were rude.

The rent is too high, and they will keep charging you for overuse of utilities even if you haven't used them. My roommate were unable to use heating or air conditioning for 5 months due to a broken thermostat, which they never fixed, and they consistently billed us for overuse despite the fact that we were unable to run either the heater or the air conditioner. No one would ever respond to any submitted work order for repairs unless you got mad and personally complained to the office. They would ...
not be bothered to deal with security concerns either. While parked in their garage, various components were stolen from my car. I asked them to go over the camera footage, and they repeatedly put it off saying that it was a lot of footage to go over and they didn't have the time. I filed a police report and asked that they turn the footage over to the police and later found out they never did and because of that, the investigation was closed. This place is not worth the trouble, look elsewhere.

For starters, place is VERY expensive for college students. Secondly, my roommate and I have multiple problems with the apartment and with the staff. We also have been getting charged for overages that we have not even done.

Located in the heart of the city, this is the most beautiful luxury apartment. Each apartment is fully furnished with state of the art appliances. All utilities are included in the rent. Unlike other apartment complexes, the common area has grilling stations, a game center, and a work station. There are also numerous eateries within walking distance. All of your wants and needs are all within your reach.
