About The Flats at Highland Park Apartments
Available August 1st. Located in the heart of the emerging Highland Park Neighborhood, within 1 block of Lacheles, The Slow Down Coffee Shop, The Collective, Chucks Restaurant, Des Moines Mercantile, Highland Park Bakery, and right off 6th Ave, this large studio will be unlike any other in the area. The entire building has been completely renovated with custom finishes! All Units include refinished original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, new windows, brand new bathrooms with large showers, new efficient heating and AC systems, and completely new kitchens that include a stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The building includes a new security system with cameras and a secured keypad entry for visitors to be buzzed in, new laundry on the main floor. These units are a 5 minute uber ride to Court Avenue, a 1 mile bike ride that connects you to hundreds of miles of trails in Central Iowa and a 1/2 mile walk to the Riverview Amphitheater which features live music concerts throughout the Spring/Summer months. Parking is included in the rental rate. No pets. No assistance programs. Location: 622 Euclid Ave, Des Moines. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $850 and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150.
