I love the area, 5 minutes from uptown, 10 from the airport, easy highway access. The rent is very reasonable, and 3 bus lines are nearby if needed.

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year, honestly it started out pretty rocky. I had a few issues when I first moved in but within the past couple months things have gotten a lot better. I’m thankful for the leasing agents hearing my concerns and taking the right course of action to fix the problems!

The staff and the community are awesome. The staff responds within a decent time frame when contacted online or through the app. The are very polite and pleasant when you physically go inside the office. The community is clean and it's always nice to see kids having fun playing in their yards.

It’s cool here I think it cost too much for what we get here and the maintenance staff is aweful. Sorry but to have the same maintenance orders in for over a year and not just small things major things that run the bills up. But it’s pretty peaceful some nights unsafe around but not too bad.

Love being here decent amenities close to all highways airport and downtown quick 10 minute drive rent is still reasonable. It can get noisy at times and there can be excessive trash.

Overall, a peaceful neighborhood. There are a few things at night, Night, but nothing unbearable just wish that maintenance would actually repair and complete service request and in a timely manner instead of pretending to touch the problem but other than that great location all around quiet and it’s a cute cozy little neighborhood
