These apartments are over priced with horrible management. A new management company took over and they are just as bad if not worse than the previous management company.

Loved the marble lobby! My tour was great and as a huge history lover, it was amazing to see the architecture of this place. They also have an on site cafe that delivers to your door. The coffee and customer service during my tour was amazing!

Worst management I have ever seen

Packages disappear many times; Full of mice (and even rat) in some floors; Front gate and back door of the apartment were under repair for months and never got fixed completely. Anyone can walk in the building; Most of time there was no one sitting in the on-site office; If you finally found someone in the management team, they could not offer help in almost everything.

We had a huge concern for personal safety living in this apartment complex. 1. The lock system for the front door has been down intermittently in the past 6 months. When it is down, everyone from outside has access to the building. 2. We had packages and personal belongings stolen. 3. Security and management staff are often absent at the front desk.

Mount Vernon Hidden Gem

PAB is a wonderful place to call home. From the historical beauty the building offers and everything I need in walking distance, this is in fact a hidden gem of Mt. Vernon. The staff Cristina(building manager), Theresa(leasing agent), and Gordon(maintenance supervisor) make the moving process as smooth as possible. I had to look no further, and neither should you!

So, SO happy I moved into the PAB and took advantage of their leasing special. Christina, the property manager, is wonderful. So is Gordon, the facilities manager. They are both so kind and responsive. The building is clean, secure, and very quiet. I'd recommend living here - without a doubt.

The PAB is truly a great place to live. My favorite thing about my apartment are the 7 large windows that overlook the city and let in natural lighting. Each apartment is varies but the PAB staff are respectful, hard-working and are willing to help in any way they can. I personally love being in an apartment building with a sense of community. Residents interact daily and many hang out in the PAB or at local favorites. The neighborhood is incredibly rich with culture and art. It is also a ...

This is a unique building staffed by wonderful people- Christina (Property Manager) and Gordon (Maintenance Manager) are excellent at what they do, and they do it promptly! The building hosts fun little events for residents every once in a while, and residents can take advantage of a discount at Cafe Fili as well! I have lived at PAB for over a year and I could not be happier. The location is amazing, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the building amenities are great. All in All, you cant go wrong living here!!!!!!

Building: The building offers a small gym with a tv, a hangout room, and an advanced mail and package center. The best part is the building also houses Café Filli, an awesome restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a to -go shelve where you can pick up wines, beers, cheeses and other goods. You don’t need to even leave the building to get a great Latte, perfect for snowy or rainy days. Management has begun renovating tons of units, which now come with wood floors, granite countertops and new appliances.
Staff: Christina manages the building and does an excellent job. Any repairs or problems are handled in a timely manner.
