June 3, 2024If you are a medical student, DO NOT live here. My motorcycle has gotten stolen from outside of my apartment. My friend got her bike stolen the first two weeks of school. My other friend had her car broken into. The cameras don't work, so good luck. Extraneous charges have been placed on my account and hasn't been fixed for months. There are OBNOXIOUSLY loud people at night during quiet hours and absolutely no security. The only redemption about this place is the staff.. even then I wouldn't ...spend a dime here. The water is absolute trash, it is extremely sulfurous that you're literally drinking farts. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Las Cruces doesn't have a lot of traffic. Dont waste your money
February 10, 2022Location is not safe. It is gated but they leave the doors open during the day. Plenty of sketchy people walking around. Bikes get stolen. Even a car got stolen. Yet property did nothing. The cleanliness is absent. Dog poop everywhere. It smells like pee in the summer. Poor management guys walking around picking up poop. The rent for a 1 bed 1 bath is going up significantly. You can find better housing options elsewhere. Their lease agreement is different than other places. You can’t break it and ...pay 1.5. You have to Pay the whole 1 year worth. Please read your lease before you sign it. There are definitely dog breeds that are prohibited that live on the property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing place for medical students, with a great location
June 20, 2020If you're a student looking for an amazing place to live, this is the place for you. I love how convenient the location is to BCOM / NMSU, I could get to class in under 5 minutes. The apartment itself is very spacious and loaded with modern appliances. There is a very friendly vibe among the community, and the staff go above and beyond with setting up events for the residents.Property Manager Responded
