        It’s an average apartment experience especially for what we pay, parking is non existent, management is hard to reach and never reached out so it’s hard to resolve issues, maintained takes way too long especially for urgent matters, best thing is the lady at the front desk when you walk in, so polite and awesome to talk to.

        Fletcher at Southlands is a spacious community with many walking paths, a nice playground for the kids and a great pool area. The Resident center is also a nice place to enjoy pool, computers, or just reading/conversing by a fireplace. The size of the apartments is good and the cost is better than other places.

        After being here since 2017, this new team has cause me to move. It is horrible here now. If you smoke cigarettes don’t move here. It’s a “smoke free” community and you will get a lease violation. They have all these rules but the community is falling apart.
