I lived there for eight years and every summer if is 100° outside is 120° inside. And while living there my ceiling was leaking for four months until I had to threaten them that I wasn’t going to pay my rent for them to fix it. And as well I had mold under my sink. All they told me is to spray bleach on it . Horrible landlord they are LAZY! Would not recommend to live there only thing that was good, was the rent payment.
