I enjoy living at The Focal, the management and staff have been fair and professional, I have been impressed with the maintenance staff as well they are responsive and efficient. I am less impressed by the elevator floor and elevator lobby floor cleanliness it seams to get dirty and remain dirty for several days waiting for scheduled service. I blame tenants who are less than willing to clean up their mud messes. It also seams that we have tenants who miss scheduled trash pick up and are too ...
lazy to take their trash down to the bins themselves. Outside of those 2 complaints I do enjoy it here.

Staff is friendly, aesthetic is modern and fresh, community seems diverse and overall friendly and the Fetch service is great, but only necessary because it's a secure building with no Butterfly MX or similar tennant access system for buzzing people in, which would make a huge improvement for residents who have visitors or packages that aren't from Amazon

Horrible Parking

I haven't been here a yr yet but, have noticed the garage parking in my building is horrible. Im not sure why its opened to the public and has no secure entry. Its wide open to anyone any everyone who wants to park there. People are parking in the handicap spots without proper decals, people who pay the cheap rate (not garage) park there. It leaves those of us who pay for a spot to park in a different garage not in our building. It seems they are more worried about the cracks in the garage ...
foundation then they are giving us assigned parking and figuring out the parking situation. We cant even call a tow company as no one knows whos vehicle belongs to a tennant and whos does not.
