The Nightmare at Duck Creek

Since this new company, Cirrus,has taken over this place has become an nightmare! You're always in the dark as to what's going on. It was supposed to be renovated and that's why our rent was being raised. NOT!!!! You have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to come on a maintenance request. And let's not forget about the rude, unprofessional, lack of knowledge, lying staff. If you are ever here, take notes especially if you're talking with Monique!!! PLEASE, DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Why bother. .....

New management ....lacks communication..lacks professionalism. ...hard to reach. ..inconsistent...never calls back to follow up. .. before the new management came the tenants were treated way better than this, we would always be updated on things going on for the present and the future. Now we are never updated on anything we wouldn't know who management was or their names unless we caught them at the perfect time that they were in the office and available.. the previous management set a ...
standard that was high and unfortunately I feel that the standard is continuously dropping by the day...
