11th floor a disaster in a poor building
July 23, 2022Super never around; Handiman speaks English only when it suits him. Too many people entering building due to operative clinics. Safety severely compromised. One elevator only. Dirty floors, especially 11th floor. Strangers on top floor. Repairs to clanging pipes ignored. Water pressure poor. Too expensive for building to repair. Landlords no help at all. This is not the building to buy/rent in.Review from Apartments.com
Never Never Never again
August 11, 2021Poor management company and landlord (Muss development), elevator always in use because of all the clinics in this building. Noisy neighbors. Do not rent the house here! As you can see there are more and more availabilities in this building because there are way better (and cheaper) places in Forest Hills.Review from Apartments.com
worst management company

Kind of a mess
December 22, 2020Wall and ceiling are really thin, some neighbors are very noisy with loud music and party. Also there are too many clinics in this building so you will have lots of strangers walking in your building.Review from Apartments.com
