May 26, 2025I’ve had a generally positive experience at The Foundry at Mashburn Village. The living environment has been comfortable, and the community overall is great. Move-in could have been smoother, some minor maintenance issues were missed during the pre-inspection, and using the front door for moving furniture in was more difficult than expected. I’d also appreciate clearer guidelines on quiet hours for things like vacuuming. That said, everything was manageable.
