Great Team and Service All round
March 11, 2026Moving into a new community can feel like stepping into the unknown, but every now and then you land somewhere where the people make the transition almost frictionless. That was my experience at The Foundry. From the very beginning, Sean was our initial point of contact, and he set the tone for the entire experience. He was incredibly patient with us and worked around our schedule to make sure we could tour the property at a convenient time. During the tour, he was thorough in explaining ...everything the community has to offer and answered every question we had with clarity. His knowledge of the property and willingness to help made the entire introduction to The Foundry feel welcoming and well organized. Danielle, who I believe is the leasing manager, also went above and beyond. She took time out of her day to personally walk me through our new home and give me another look around the community. That extra level of attention made the move-in process feel much more comfortable and reassuring. After we moved in, Earl, the maintenance supervisor, was equally impressive. He made sure all of our appliances, water, and other essentials were working properly and met our expectations. It’s always reassuring to see maintenance staff that are attentive and proactive, and Earl definitely delivered on that front. Overall, the team at The Foundry made our move-in experience smooth and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in the community and genuinely cares about the residents.
