December 23, 2025I enjoy living here. It’s peaceful! The Foundry has a perfect location. We have the new FoodCity, which includes Starbucks. We also have a couple of restaurants. I don’t really have to crank my car. This is a wonderful place.Review from Apartments.com

December 22, 2025Lot of issues moving in. Constant breaking down of elevators. The mandatory valet trash is often not consistent. Lots of loud neighbors and especially at night in parking lot. December 19, 2025Excellent apartment complex. It’s well maintained and run. My only problems are the elevator breaks down overnight once a month(whatever problem gets fixed the next day) and the shower water flow is too little.Property Manager Responded
