When a truck driver blocked my car in the parking lot three times and yelled at me, I had to go to the office, to let them know, that something was wrong. But the Foundry staff member at the front desk told me to park next to my apartment. Are these the new rules? Are they only for me? Also, I am not happy with insurance company, which charges me with no any agreement.

The new team is very sweet and working hard. I don't like the idea of amenities being taken away because of bad actors (for example, locking down the TVs unless you rent them). The package room is out of control - glad it's being changed.

The Foundry is a wonderful apartment and a great location. I greatly enjoyed living here. My only complaint was with my neighbors and their guests. There are very affordable apartment options here, which on one hand is great, but on the other it brings in types of people who don't care about the property or those around them. I have dust all over the bathroom countertops and the duct inside the closet doesn’t attach to a vent so it just blows dust and fiberglass from the inside of the closet out into the kitchen and rest of the apartment. I was told it would be repaired but once I renewed my lease I was told there’s was nothing that could be done. So I now have been living with all the dust with my pets praying we don’t get a terminal illness from breathing drywall dust for the last year and a half.

Lot of issues moving in. Constant breaking down of elevators. The mandatory valet trash is often not consistent. Lots of loud neighbors and especially at night in parking lot. Front office doesn't answer the phone and its hard to get in touch with the courtesy officer.

Excellent apartment complex. It’s well maintained and run. My only problems are the elevator breaks down overnight once a month(whatever problem gets fixed the next day) and the shower water flow is too little.
