Location of The franklin apartments are a hidden gem…The Hop, Oakleaf Trail, shops and restaurants and bars. The staff is on top of any concerns and resolves any issues at warp speed. The atmosphere is incredible.

The proximity to the lakefront and Oak Leaf Trail make for nice walks and bike rides (and the apartment has bike racks). The neighborhood is actually fairly quiet. The workout center is another nice amenity, and the staff is communicative and there is a nice amount of space within the apartment unit.

I love the location and how it is near Brady street but far away enough where you don’t get the traffic or noise of everything. The management is also incredibly responsive, which is something you do not get a lot of these days. Although there could be updates made and renovations to be done, it is overall a very affordable, clean, and safe place to live. I would recommend to anyone!

Good value for the size of the apartment and the amenities are decent. The gym could use an upgrade & some tenants could practice organization in the public spaces but I have no regrets on making the move from a private landlord to the Franklin :)

The Franklin is in a great location - near a grocery store, downtown, bike trail, lakefront, bars, etc. The other residents are respectful and quiet. Management is friendly and always on hand to fix any maintenance problems. Last but not least the units are very spacious and comfortable.

We downsized from our 30-year home in Bayside, to an apartment at the Franklin. It's a big change but the Franklin team made the transition easy and enjoyable. It's a great place to live. Prior to moving in the renovated apartment was deep-cleaned, new carpeting installed, and fresh paint. We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den and a dining area. The large windows that face east and south bring in ample light and sunshine to warm the apartment. Maintenace does a great job of keeping the ...
