Great location and communicative staff
March 13, 2024The proximity to the lakefront and Oak Leaf Trail make for nice walks and bike rides (and the apartment has bike racks). The neighborhood is actually fairly quiet. March 12, 2024I love the location and how it is near Brady street but far away enough where you don’t get the traffic or noise of everything. The management is also incredibly responsive, which is something you do not get a lot of these days. The "Class Act" Franklin on Ogden
January 6, 2023We downsized from our 30-year home in Bayside, to an apartment at the Franklin. It's a big change but the Franklin team made the transition easy and enjoyable. It's a great place to live. Prior to moving in the renovated apartment was deep-cleaned, new carpeting installed, and fresh paint. We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den and a dining area. The large windows that face east and south bring in ample light and sunshine to warm the apartment. Maintenace does a great job of keeping the ...clean and in repair. And the building is generally quiet. Management makes every effort to ensure satisfaction. The Franklin is a "class act".
