Moving out is a nightmare
April 30, 2026Moving out of this place is a nightmare. They refuse to get in contact with the new tenant for a package that was sent to the address. Part of transitioning out of the address is pending mail. There should be some level of procedure that ensures mail is given to the previous tenant. Instead, they just ignore you. Great business model. Save yourself some time and live elsewhere. It's not worth dealing with these people when you leave.Property Manager Responded

DONT MOVE HERE/ INFESTATION BAD MAINTENANCE
July 23, 2023This apartment building is infested with roaches. Like literally tiny roaches all over your house it’s disgusting and the maintenance is terrible, they fix some thing, and it literally breaks the next day!
