She was friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions, which made the move-in process much less stressful. The community is beautiful, and I’m excited to call it home. I just moved into The Franklin. The process was so easy, it was such a pleasure to work with Ellen Anne. She made the experience very positive from start to finish (touring, applying, signing my lease, and moving in. As well as, answering any questions I had in between)!

Moving out is a nightmare

Moving out of this place is a nightmare. They refuse to get in contact with the new tenant for a package that was sent to the address. Part of transitioning out of the address is pending mail. There should be some level of procedure that ensures mail is given to the previous tenant. Instead, they just ignore you. Great business model. Save yourself some time and live elsewhere. It's not worth dealing with these people when you leave.

My recent relocation to The Franklin was one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had! The staff were super accommodating and things couldn’t have been better. The only thing that could make it perfect is if the facility had Google Fiber. AT&T was beyond useless!

I have been a resident for over 5 years. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the quality of the maintenance and upkeep of my home. Even though I have seen roaches in the stairwell, once reported, pest control gets right on it.
