Sawgrass/PRG is the only high-end rental community located in the Conway area to my knowledge. The office staff very professional with the Maintenace crew as well. The grounds, pool and all areas are constantly being well maintained, by the great maunentance team. Email notifications from the office keeps all residence’s updated, which is a plus. Office staff is professional, friendly and go up and above to help with any issues.

Fantastic home and staff

As a year long tenant it saddens me I couldn't have stayed longer here at sawgrass. The grounds are clean, safe, and peaceful. The staff is nothing short of fantastic. Always attentive, understanding, and friendly. Never had a problem that couldn't be solved in professional time. You are cared for here and I can't recommend this complex enough.
