Great on Paper, but not much more
July 21, 2015The 6 townhouses are huge, and some have been recently renovated, but the cross-fire between different landlords of the units is constantly leading blame of one thing or another back onto the tenants. You do not feel welcome amongst your neighbors, and in the case of noise complaints or such, they would rather complain to their landlord who then relays it along the message chain instead of addressing you directly. A lot of the tenants have been here for 30 years, so it is not friendly for UCLA ...students or young people. The units are all so differently retrofitted that I can't speak for all of them, but there is a lot left to be desired for the well above average price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
