We have been living here for about 7 months and it has been great! The repair crew responds quickly and is so hopeful. All the staff is very nice! The other residents are friendly! The location is wonderful. My only note is the office hours are not great if you work an 8-5 job.

Newsletters come out once a month to let us know whats happening at the complex. Maintance is always available whenever I put my request in for anything I need fixed. which is rare! I live at Tuckaway at Frontier and absolutely love it! It is pretty quiet complex, but the staff is very friendly and helpful! Maintenance usually handles anything the day of or at least within 24 hours! The apartment itself is very spacious and I love that all utilities, my cable and my internet are included in rent! I look forward to continuing to live here!

The apartment is ok itself, it's nice and clean. but the management is weak. Neighbors are very loud and don't care to talk loudly in the middle of the night on the stairs or watch TV annoyingly loud. Complaining to the manager didn't solve the problem. They also asked me to deal with the problem myself and ask the neighbor to keep the noise down which I did and he didn't care. I pay the same rent and I deserve to have my quiet place at least to sleep at nights but unfortunately I don't have it ...
and I should tolerate this mess for one year because I just moved in... I'm so disappointed. I liked here at first.
