February 5, 2025We have been living here for about 7 months and it has been great! The repair crew responds quickly and is so hopeful. All the staff is very nice! The other residents are friendly! Wonderful Home for the past 8 years
January 26, 2025I’ve had the pleasure of calling Frontier West Lawrence home for the past 8 years, and I’ve loved every moment of it. This apartment complex offers a peaceful, serene environment that truly feels like home. The staff here consistently go above and beyond to show appreciation for residents, which makes a huge difference in creating a welcoming community. I’m also really impressed with the ongoing property upgrades, including the recent addition of a park for the dogs. It’s clear that the ...management cares about continually improving the living experience for everyone. I can say with confidence that Frontier West Lawrence has been an ideal place to live, whenever I move from Kansas, I’ll always look back on my time here fondly. Best place to Live!
November 19, 2024I am very happy living here in this complex! my apartment is on the lower floor close to mailbox, trash receptors, and parking. Newsletters come out once a month to let us know whats happening at the complex. Maintance is always available whenever I put my request in for anything I need fixed. which is rare! The apartment complex is quiet and there is so much diversity which I love being of hispanic descent myself and a senior citzen. you wont go wrong making Frontier West your ...home! June 15, 2018I live at Tuckaway at Frontier and absolutely love it! It is pretty quiet complex, but the staff is very friendly and helpful! Maintenance usually handles anything the day of or at least within 24 hours! The apartment itself is very spacious and I love that all utilities, my cable and my internet are included in rent! loud neighbor, unresponsive managment
February 20, 2017The apartment is ok itself, it's nice and clean. but the management is weak. Neighbors are very loud and don't care to talk loudly in the middle of the night on the stairs or watch TV annoyingly loud. Complaining to the manager didn't solve the problem. They also asked me to deal with the problem myself and ask the neighbor to keep the noise down which I did and he didn't care. I pay the same rent and I deserve to have my quiet place at least to sleep at nights but unfortunately I don't have it ...and I should tolerate this mess for one year because I just moved in...
