    My rating continues to be a 5 star for these reasons maintenance is top tier. Amenities are player, coworking cafe with a pool table, 2 pools one pretty & professional and the other larger, more laid back both get great sun. However, the pool areas are not resort style. Fully mirrored yoga room, cycling room, kickboxing room, and a nice gym with free weights and everything else. Pools not resort style is a minor but You give up certain things for choosing an older community. however what you get ...
    in the size of the units for price, unmatched neighborhood and the diversity of amenities and the peace of the community, no drama; You can’t beat this place. I love it still! I’m on my 3rd lease.

    Overall, I have really enjoyed living here and all the amenities are great! The location is close to a lot of good grocery stores, and other places to go eat, as well as quick access to the highways.

    Not bad place to live but very outdated for the price. Hallways need to be pressure washed frequently. They will leaf blow frequently in the halls but it doesn’t do anything. Gym needs to be restocked with cleaning supplies and paper towels. It’s always empty and unable to clean the equipment after use. So I assume it’s always dirty.

    I really have enjoyed my time at the real so far. Very nice staff and great location. Nice neighbors. I don't think ive had a bad experience yet here. I think the only thing I'd like to change is a new trash system rather than leaving it out by our door. But, most people do properly take care of theirs bins, its just the smell.
