September 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe pool has been out of order for over a year!!! My tubs has paint chips from maintenance painting over it instead of replacing it! Baseboards have water damage due to a leaking ac unit. They are seriously overpriced and small.

The rent office is awesome he's really professional and will help you in any way that he can! I have no issues since moving here and if i do they get on it and make sure that its working properly before and also come back to make sure that its still working ! There is really nothing negative you can say about the Gardens it shows that they care about the property as well ...as the residents!! WE LOVE THE GARDENS!!!Read More

September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a bad place to live. A lot of residents are having issues. Mainly just can't get them to fix anything. Took 5 months of complaining to get them to fix air in the middle of summer. Electric got a short and it still isn't fixed after 8 months.
