Getting Worse, unsafe community
March 13, 2022The neighborhood can be peaceful at times but we were recently told by a local police officer to not open our blinds or windows in this neighborhood, that he wouldn't. It isn't safe here and many families have already left. There have been recent drug & gun busts & drug deals happening regularly along with reckless driving & thefts. Neighbors will continually take neighbors assigned parking spots & linger outside of your bedroom windows at all hours if you are on ground floor. We have needed to ...call the police several times due to unsafe situations with neighbors that prevented us from exiting our home while it was going on. In 6 years here we have never witnessed the HOA do anything about trouble residents but have multiple counts of them citing parking & aesthetic issues. We hoped to wait out the new HOA to see if things improve but it's getting worse & we can't raise a family in a home we can't always exit or open the blinds in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
