Beauty is only skin deep

Looks good but the worst non- insulated walls I've ever lived in. You freeze in the winter, fry in the summer. Everything is electric but if you try to run 2 ACS to keep cool you trip the breakers. Same if you try to use a space heater which is essential because the only available heat is from these small electric heaters you normally see in bathrooms. Electric bill $200 + in the winter and you're still cold. Is really disgusting how cheaply this place was built- no attention to energy ...

I got really lucky with this place. Management is so helpful. They are always quick to respond to anything we need. The location is perfect for someone that likes to keep stay local. There’s so many shop and great eateries around. Also, the river is a short walk away!
