November 19, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe conditions at this complex are deplorable. they will show a model apartment. But the one you’re moved into is subpar. I understand the complex is out dated but their pricing isn’t. You will have unwanted pest such as the roach infestation in the entire complex. You’ll pay amenity fees but the pool is forever closed and the on-site gym can only be accessed during business hours. If it’s even accessible to tenants. When a work repair is submitted it will never be addressed but it will show ...completed. Rent steadily increases but the conditions on property continues to decline. And under my sink where the line to my dishwasher broke. They told me I could switch apartments back in September and here we are in January and they just said ohhh one will be ready. My ac went out in the dead of summer. I called and they told me someone would come out and fix it. I had to call the emergency line and the guy made it seem like it was an inconvenience I was bugging him on a ...Sunday. When I was sitting in 100 weather in the house.
