NOT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

My mom has been staying there for a couple years now. The staircase leading to her apartment is always dark, the railing isn't secure. There aren't any washer and dryers although they have a laundry room. My mom has to walk across the street with her clothes. The staff is rude and doesn't care they just there to get a paycheck. I can't wait until we can move here.

Take it from me I live here now!!!! It’s horrible they make u sign a lease that says you have 2 parking spaces, people park in your designated spot so u park elsewhere you wake up with a tow tag on your car... from office is terrible they talk to you recklessly and expect for you to sit there like a 3rd grade student I could go on and on.. I can’t wait until our lease is up!!!!

They office staff is very rude and all about themselves. They don't put in work orders and maintenance don't know anything at all. They have new management and still horrible. Don't move here at all they just take your money and don't fix on nothing it's a waste of time and money with these people especially with the houses they barely cut the grass they don't have pest control come out they have flying small roaches spiders and snakes. Don't make the mistake you will regret it.

Please don't move here they have the worst maintenance and service ever if anything ever breaks they won't come. My AC has been giving me problems since September and still today it's not fixed. I wouldn't recommend nobody to live here not even my dog. The office staff takes there residents as a joke they not here to help all they want is your money. They lie and help up for each other judt to make them look good. Please seek another place to stay and not here with Star Homes or their apartments ...
they are garbage every person that works there. The receptionist is so ghetto and unprofessional they don't communicate with you at all and maintenance is HORRIBLE. RUN FROM HERE

I gave a 30 day notice and they went into my apartment before I moved and threw away my things! I never was late paying rent in 4 years of living there. They never fix things and when they do try it is never fixed. One issue turned into 5 months of reoccurring leaks destroying all of my new towels and running up my bill from running hot water from the hot water heater

This is my first and last time living here. Not only are the apartments run down the area is horrible. Any and everyone is welcomed in regardless of their criminal background. The upkeep of the apartment is just beyond bad. The only part of the complex that looks descent is the front when you drive in, Everything else is run down. I haven't even started on the infestation of roaches. Yes someone comes and sprays but since I've been here (which will be a year in a couple of months), I've only seen ...
the guy twice. The police is always back here (at least twice a week). Since I've been here, I have seen two separate shootings leaving one guy dead. My children DO NOT play outside unless we go to the park or relatives. With that being said, I advice you to do the right thing and find another place where your babies can play outside without you worrying. Blessing
