      I have lived at Gateway Flats for around 4 years now. I’ve had nothing, but a great experience living here! The property manager, Sean, really cares about the community and tenants. He’s responsive and goes above and beyond! All repairs, maintenance, and questions are promptly taken care of. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I really appreciate all that has been done for me here!

      We moved into a 2-bedroom for five months while our house was building built in Ohio. We highly recommend. Management and maintenance is responsive and professional. Location is wonderful to learn the area and enjoy KY and OH. We had parking for two cars, one covered, one not. Management takes safety seriously. Other pluses: 2 bikes provided as recreation, small carts provided for hauling groceries etc. to apartment. Welcomes pets. Walking trail right outside the apartment complex. Fobs and ...
      elevators worked reliably. We found this the perfect transitional place for us.

      Do not hesitate to rent here! The property itself is great, fresh, modern, clean. The building manager, Sean, is amazing. He is super responsive and helpful and runs the building well. He helped us with an issue during the leasing process and went way above and beyond to help us. The area is nice and quiet, off the main street with a beautiful river view.

    • A great, quiet place to live

      We’ve been living here for months, and this is definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived. We’ve had a couple small maintenance requests, but everything was fixed within a day. The property manager works hard and takes into account resident feedback, and the main maintenance guy is really friendly and very talented at handiwork. We’ve never had any issues with noise. The apartment is also very accommodating to pets as long as they’re well-behaved and you take care of them.

      Lived here for about 2 and a half years, and I have nothing but good memories. The location is excellent, Bellevue and Dayton are both flourishing and the central location between the two towns makes it so easy to experience the great restaurants, events, and experiences the community has to offer.       Throughout the entire time that i've lived here, I have not had a single problem. Everything here was ran so smooth and organized by the property manager who would provide essential news and updates, who would swiftly take care of problems, and who would respond to you in the blink of an eye.
