April 18, 2025I toured the property last year it was called the Boathouse, tiny spaces and amenities are not free or included in the rent.It seemed more like an HOA then a rental property with the many separate fees.Property Manager Responded

Many hidden fees!

Love it here
November 30, 2023I have been here for 2 months and extended my stay. I have read the reviews and it freaked me out before I stayed here. But the staff here are great. The apartments were recently renovated and look gorgeous. Short term lease options are available. Huge shout out to Kaleab, Favin, Steven, and one of the other women at night. They made the move so easy and addressed any issues I had promptly.Review from Apartments.com
