The Gershwin, all the space you'll need
July 31, 2015Hollywood is an expensive town. People live there because their job has moved them, or like me, they are in school. I found my efficiency at The Gershwin in Hollywood California all I need. I really enjoy the small space, and lifestyle that comes with an efficiency apartment. It is very on true go, and there is no reason to have a full size apartment with many bedrooms and large kitchen either. Plus, there is a gym downstairs I use to help me eat right and get the excursive I need. Thanks to The ...Gershwin, I got in at a good rate. It has been three years now and I am wondering what I'll do now that my rent has been raised each year. I hope I win the contest for free rent, because I really like the place I am staying.Property Manager Responded
