The maintenance team here is very responsive and always addresses requests on time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever needed. The community feels well-managed and issues are taken care of quickly. Living here has been a smooth and comfortable experience overall. I'm not sure who is giving this company these fake reviews but it's not true. This place is nasty and disgusting. First of all the appliances are at least 20 years old. The apartments are not clean when you move in. The neighbors walk dogs and never pick up, trash is smelling and always piled up at the dumpster, gates are , broke, the units are poorly insulated so your utility bills will be expensive and beware of mold. Please be aware that the company does not tell you up front that when you ...
move out, you will receive a bill for water and sewage 2-3 months back and also they will charge you for cleaning the carpet $150 even though there is no issue with the carpet. This adds up to an additional bill from them of about $300 after move out so don't expect a deposit refund.
