June 25, 2025Love my apartment, decent fitness room, friendly office staff, & I love the complex location. I wish the gate(s) locked though. Also, I don't know why people are too lazy to walk to a dumpster and throw their trash away. Otherwise I'd give it five stars.Review from Apartments.com

June 15, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Gio Apartments! The community is clean and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, gym, and lounge areas. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I’ve also felt very safe here, and the location is super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways.
