BEWARE OF BED BUGS
December 10, 2024I have been a resident at The Glen Apartments for over a year, and my experience has been extremely negative. Issues ranging from roommate conflicts to maintenance requests have been exacerbated by an unhelpful and, often, rude front office management team. One particularly alarming incident involved discovering a bed bug infestation in my unit. I promptly reported this serious health concern to property management, only to have my request to transfer or terminate my lease denied. This response ...demonstrates a lack of concern for residents’ safety and well-being. The presence of bed bugs is a significant health risk, and the management’s unwillingness to address the issue effectively has added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Furthermore, property management stated that I would have to find someone to assume my lease to move out. I do not believe it is ethical to relet a bed bug infested apartment to anyone. I hope they will make this situation right by allowing me to pursue safe housing accommodations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend The Glen Apartments as a safe or healthy living environment. Nice housing especially if you go to CSUSB

Although the apartments themselves aren't the cleanest, they are definitely better than I expected from apartments in San Bernardino.
