I recently visited this complex and applied for a 3 bedroom. Unfortunately there is currently a waiting list. However, I am so excited to be accepted and move as soon as one is available!
The manager, Stephanie, was so helpful and friendly! The second I walked in the office for my tour I felt 'at home'. Although this building is old it is SOOOO beautiful! Apartments are spacious and being downtown is a bonus!!

I’ve been a resident since mid 2020 and have zero plans to leave anytime soon! Friendly staff, approachable management, and easy-going neighbors make globe one of the easiest places to live. You’re close to most of the action that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer for a fraction of the cost of what you’ll pay 2 blocks north! The Globe is where it’s at!

I've lived at The Globe for five years and have had nothing but great experiences here. The office staff is great, Jen is exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Seeing her is always the highlight of my grandbaby's day. The maintenance team is also amazing; very punctual and efficient at fixing any issues. The location is also great if you work in Grand Rapids.
